1.This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. None appears for the petitioner at the time of call.
3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the grievance of the petitioner is that though in the final result published, the petitioner has secured 256 marks out of 360 marks, has not been called for Viva Voce Test which was held on 15.12.2015. Hence, he is stated to be highly prejudicial.
4. He further submits that the matter pertaining to the recruitment of the year 2015 and the examination process has already been completed.
4. In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
