1. Heard learned Counsels for the parties.

2. Prayer for modification, as sought for, is allowed.

3. In the 7th line of Paragrah-4 of the order dated 09.11.2022 passed in ABLAPL No. 14186 of 2022, the words "J.M.F.C., Gurudijhatia" are hereby corrected and replaced by the words "SDJM, Athagarh".

4. Two weeks further time from today is extended for the Petitioner to surrender before the learned court below as per the aforesaid order dated 09.11.2022, other terms and conditions in the said order remaining intact.

5. The I.A. stands disposed of accordingly.
