This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order dated 20.09.2022 under Annexure-9 and to issue direction to opposite party no.1 to allow him to continue as Principal-in-Chargecum-Secretary of Jatni College, Jatni in the district of Khordha, as his case comes under Category-A of the Government guidelines dated 31.08.2020 under Annexure-6.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-12 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexure-8 and 10, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-12, taking into consideration Annexure-8 and 10, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
