1. Mr. S.S. Pradhan, learned Additional Govt. Advocate submitted that the subject matter of challenge in this writ petition is relating to transfer of the Petitioner from R.W. Division, Gunupur to RW (PH) Sub-Division, Kendrapara. He also submitted that by efflux of time, the matter has been rendered infructuous.

2. In view of such submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

3. Interim order passed by the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal is hereby vacated.
