This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.1973 of 2016 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar Bench, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OA) No.1973 of 2016.

The petitioner, Assistant Teacher of Muralidhar UGUP School under BEO Krushna Prasad in the District of Puri challenged the transfer order dated 07.09.2016 to Jamuna PUP School.

The State Administrative Tribunal vide order dated 12.09.2016, as an interim measure granted stay of operation of order dated 07.09.2016 (Annexure-1).

At the time of hearing today, Mr. Krishna Chandra Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that by efflux of time the matter has become infructuous.

In view of the said submission, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
