This application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed challenging the order dated 09.08.2021 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur in C.T. Case No. 927 of 2021 arising out of Jajpur P.S. Case No. 172 of 2021 under Sections 498-A/323/294/506/494/110/406/34 of the IPC and Sections 9/10/11 of the Child Marriage Restraint Act. 2.

Mr. A. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. and files a memo to that effect. The same be kept on record. 3.

The CRLMC is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
