1. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. Order No.

By means of this application, the Petitioners seek grant of bail under Section 438, Cr.P.C. in apprehension of arrest for their alleged involvement in the offence under Sections 341/323/294/506/307/34, I.P.C., in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.482 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1289 of 2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of allegation, its seriousness and gravity of the offence while this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender and move for bail before the learned S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal in the aforesaid G.R. Case within a period of three weeks hence, they shall be admitted to bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper but subject to verification of Injury Report. In case the injuries are found to be grievous in nature, the present bail order shall not be given effect to.
