This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
RJ The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 10th December, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up after 24.01.2014.

The original application was filed in the year 2014 by the applicant/petitioner when he was aged about 51 years, stated to be continuing as Headmaster of Level-IV of Indira Awas Primary School, Belapada in the district of Bolangir, inter alia challenging the letters dated 28.06.2013 (Annexure-9) and 01.10.2013 (Annexure-10) issued by the Director, Elementary Education (opposite party no.2). 4.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the
// 2 // petitioner that due to long pendency of the matter, it has been rendered infructuous.

It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the letter dated 01.10.2013 (Annexure-10) was issued pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 23.12.2011 passed in W.P.(C) No.14979 of 2010. It is further submitted that the petitioner, if aggrieved, could have challenged the said order passed by this Court before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and on the face of it, there has been no illegality in passing the order dated 01.10.2013. 6.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
