Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs.
"(i) to direct the respondents to regularize the services of the applicant from the date when similarly situated persons have been regularized. (ii) To direct the respondents to grant al financial and consequential benefits flowing from the date of regularization.
(iii) And pass such other order / orders as may be deemed fit and proper for the interest of justice". 4.
Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before Opp. Party No.3 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of two weeks hence. 5.
The Opposite Party No.3 is directed to consider the claim of the Petitioner for his redressal in terms of the order passed by the learned Tribunal on 21.03.2012 in O.A. No.3057 (C) of 2010
// 2 // under Annexure-3, in compliance order passed by the said authority vide order No.1440 dated 16.04.2012 and Order No.1445 dated 16.04.2012 within a period of three months. 6.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
