While this Court is not inclined to modify the order dated 28.11.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.14202 of 2022, however ten days' further time from today is extended, as a last chance, for the Petitioner to surrender before the court below as per the aforesaid order dated 28.11.2022, other conditions in the said order remaining unchanged.

3. The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
