This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.255 (C) of 2015 was filed before the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAPC) No.255 of 2015. 3.

The Petitioner prays for appointment under the Orissa Civil Service (Rehabilitation Assistance) Rules, 1990 after the death of her mother, who passed away while serving as an Assistant Teacher.

At the time of hearing today, Mr. Gopal Sinha, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no up-to-date instruction in the matter.

Keeping the mater pending further, will not serve any fruitful purpose.

Hence, this writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the Petitioner to revive this petition within ninety days from today, in case cause of action still subsists.
