01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.
3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs.
"Under the above circumstances it is therefore humbly prayed that the Hon'ble Tribunal be graciously pleased to direct the respondents to modify the pay fixation of the applicant in the 2nd RACP in office order fixation of the applicant in the 2nd RACP in office order dated 25.11.2014 under Annexure-6 and to grant the 2nd RACP with the GP Rs.4,800/- from 8.4.2005 with the actual financial benefit from 1.1.2013 and 3rd RACP from 8.4.2015;
And further the Hon'nble Tribunal be pleased to direct the respondents to refix the pay of the applicant and grant the differential arrears thereof w.e.f. 1.1.12013 within stipulated period as deem fit and proper.
And pass such other orders or directions as the Hon'ble Tribunal may deem just and proper."

4. However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to make a fresh representation before Opp. Party No.2 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of her claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.
5. It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, Opp. Party No.2 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.2 be communicated to the petitioner.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
