This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.258 (C) of 2015 was filed before the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAPC) No.258 of 2015. 3.

The Petitioner being appointed as non-formal facilitator under the NFE Scheme on 16.03.1999 was allowed to continue as Gana Sikhyaks in the Primary School and prays for quashing of order dated 27.04.2015 vide Annexure-4.

At the time of hearing today, Mr. Sameer Kumar Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that during pendency of the Original Application, which is renumbered as W.P.C.(OAPC) No.258 of 2015, the Petitioner, having been granted regularization, does not want to press this petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
