This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned State counsel.

Being aggrieved by the order dated 07.01.2003 by which the NBW was issued against the petitioner in G.R. Case No.741 of 1993, arising out of Nimapara P.S. Case No.270 of 1993, on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Nimapara, the petitioners have approached this Court.

While prima facie, this Court does not find any infirmity in the order passed but in order to allow the petitioners to effectively defend themselves, it is directed that, in the event, the petitioners surrender within a period of three weeks hence, they shall be released on bail on earlier terms.

It is made clear that, in the event the petitioners do not surrender within the time fixed, it shall be open to the prosecution to take effective steps in terms of the impugned order 6.
While being released on bail, it is directed that the petitioners shall furnish his mobile number and email I.D., if any.

The CRLMC accordingly stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rule.
