01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs:

"In view of the facts stated in the preceding paragraphs, the applicants humbly pray that the Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to direct the respondents to pay the applicant the arrears arising out of the fixation of their pay in OFS-II with effect from 27-02-2009 and in OFS-I(JB) with effect from 28-02-09 till they actually joined the post/retired from Government Service."

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioners are directed to make individual representations before the Opp. Party No. 1 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of their claim, if any, within a period of three (3) weeks hence.

It is observed that if such representations are filed within the aforesaid period, the Opp. Party No.1 shall do well to take a lawful decision within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such representations. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioners.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
