01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. Sahu, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Mishra, learned AGA appearing for the Opp. Parties.
3. The Petitioner has filed the present writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) The Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to admit & allow this original application.
(ii) The Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to quash the corrigendum under Annexure-4 by directing the respondents to hold & conclude the selection process for the recruitment to the post of Contractual Pharmacist on the basis of the advertisement under Annexure-3 by giving first preference to the Rayagada district candidates as per previous terms & conditions embodied in the advertisement under Annexure-3 for the interest of justice.
// 2 // (iv) The Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased pas any order (s)/direction(s) as deems fit and proper for the interest of justice."
4. It is submitted that for selection of the post of Contractual Pharmacist, O.P. No. 3 issued an advertisement under Annexure-3 on 17.07.2015 inviting application from eligible candidates in the district of Rayagada and the last date of making such application was 07.08.2015.
5. Since subsequently a corrigendum was issued on 30.07.2015 under Annexure-4, the Petitioner being aggrieved by the issuance of such corrigendum approached this Court.

This Court while issuing notice of the matter though passed an order that any selection shall be subject to final outcome to the O.A., but this Court finds that the corrigendum under Annexure-4 which is impugned the present writ Petition since has been issued prior to the last date of the submission of the application pursuant to Annexure-3, no illegality has been committed by the said Opp. Party No. 3 in issuing the same. This Court is accordingly not inclined to entertain the prayer as made in the writ Petition.
7. The writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. (Biraja Prasanna Satapathy) Judge Sneha
