2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has died and there is no financial claim involved in the present Writ Petition.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that since this matter is pertaining to the year 2015, the cause of action against which the Writ Petition has been filed does not survive any more.

4. In view of such facts, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
