It is submitted that during pendency of the matter though the petitioner has been regularized, but he has not been extended with some financial benefits.

In view of such submission, the present Writ Petition is disposed of with an observation that if any fresh cause of action has arisen, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate authority in that regard.
