Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer :- "It is, therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously pleased to issue a writ on /Writs of nisi to the Opp.Parties and if the Opp.Parties will fail to show cause of shown insufficient cause made the said Rule absolute by directing the Opp.Parties to deliver possession of the plot no.13-4C/1566, measuring 40'-0'*60'-0=2400 sq.ft.(Twenty Four hundred sft) Section 13 of Bidanasi Project Area of a "C" category plot in Sector 13, Bidanasi Project Area of a "C" category plot in Sector 13, Bidanasi Project area, Abhinav Bidanasi, Cuttack, as per the choice of the petitioner within a stipulated time to the Petitioner and further be quashed Para 5 of the Resolution dated 30.1.2015 under Annexure-7 and further be pleased to pass any order/orders as may think fit and proper."

This Court finds, there is likelihood of applicability of the direction of this Court in W.P.(C) No.27151/2022 issued on 1.11.2022, for which this Court directs the Development Authority

// 2 // to involve the said order in the decision making process in the present case by completing the entire exercise within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order. 4.
