3. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner's grievance was that the respondents did not select her, even though she had complied all eligibility criteria with respect to the educational qualification for the post of contractual teacher as per Advertisement notice dated 23.10.2014.

4. In the meantime, 9 years have been passed since the present Writ Petition challenging the Advertisement, dated 23.10.2014, was filed, hence, the cause of action sought to have been agitated does not seems to be surviving anymore.

5. In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
