1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

2. This is an application for bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners in apprehension of arrest for their alleged involvement in the offences 341/294/323/307/506/34 of IPC.

3. By means of this application the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks the anticipatory bail for their alleged involvement in the offences Under Sections 341/323/294/307/506/34 in connection with Talcher P.S case No. 816 of 2022 corresponding to G.R Case No. 2591 of 2022 in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Talcher. It is alleged that on 29th October, 2022 at 10.00 P.M the complainant Gyaneswar Sahoo alleged a written report informing that on 28th October, 2022 at 05.00 P.M while he was talking with his friends Anil Kumar Naik at that time in front of S.D.J.M office, Biranchi Naryana Pradhan came along with Chittaranjan Rout, Santosh Sahoo, Biranchi Narayan Pradhan Akhil Samal, Amiya Mohanty, Santosh Dehury and others and threatened to assault by

// 2 // indicating him and other alleged persons came to there and abusing them in obscene languages and encircled around them by threatening and Chittaranjan Rout pressed his neck and assaulted him while Biranchi Pradhan assaulted him by means of fist blows as a result he sustained bleeding injury on his head and lip. It is further alleged that the persons assaulted him by means of kicks, first blows punch and he fell unconscious. After he regained his sense he came to know from his friends that Anil Kumar Naik during this incident Bimadhar Nayak and other staffs of the court came to rescue.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the informant has been suspended from his membership of the Talcher Bar and is creating nuisance in the Court premises. Considering the facts and circumstances, the material available on record it is directed in the event the Petitioners are arrested shall be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond for Rs.10,000/- with one solvent surety each with the condition that the Petitioners shall not threaten, intimidate or sabotage the professional act of the informant to be carried by him ethically as enumerated under the Advocate Acts.

4. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
