2. Heard Mr. U.C.Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. Y.S.P.Babu, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State.

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 31.03.2016 passed by the Opposite Party No.2-The Engineer-in-Chief, Rural Works, Odisha vide Annexure-2.

It is submitted that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court on 14.07.2016, the Petitioner is continuing in the same place till date.

It is further submitted that persons similarly situated have been absorbed in the regular establishment in the meantime.

In view of such submission made by Mr. Mohanty, the Writ Petition is disposed of with an observation that the petitioner be allowed to continue in his present place of

// 2 // posting till appropriate order is passed with regard to his claim for regularization.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
