02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. G. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties.

3. It is submitted that during pendency of the matter the Petitioner has been regularized vide order dtd.01.08.2018. It is further submitted that pursuant to the said order the Petitioner's services though has been regularized, but he has not yet been sanctioned with the consequential benefits.

4. It is open for the Petitioner to approach the Authority claiming extension of such benefit.
