Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 15.08.2021 in connection with Rasgobindpur Town P.S. Case No.03 of 2021 corresponding to S.T. No.76 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Mayurbhanj for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 302/109/34 of IPC. 4.

Considering the submissions made, materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and the fact that the co-accused persons have already been released on bail as per orders passed by this Court in BLAPL No. 3419 of 2021, BLAPL No. 2055 of 2020 and 1216 of 2020, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court

on each date of posting of the case without fail. 5.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
