This writ petition has been filed for a direction to correct the R.O.R. in respect of Plot No.332 under Khata No.308 situated in mouza Gopinathpur, Unit-16 in the district of Balasore in her name.

In course of hearing, Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to work out her remedy under Section 15(b) of the Odisha Survey and Settlement Act, 1958.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
