1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. This is an application for bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner in apprehension of arrest for his alleged involvement in the offences 341/342/506/307/294/323/34, I.P.C.

3. Keeping in view the submission of the parties and having gone through the nature of allegations as emerged from the materials on record, and further the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders and moves for bail in connection with G.R. Case No.1391 of 2022 arising out of Mangalabag P.S. Case No.267 of 2022 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C (city)., Cuttack within a period of three weeks' from today, he shall be allowed to go on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and

// 2 // proper by the said court subject to verification of the criminal antecedents of the petitioner as well as the verification of injury report. In case more than one criminal antecedent is noticed the order herein shall not be given effect to.

4. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
