The petitioner is a defaulter borrower in a Study Loan Account, and by filing the present writ petition is seeking a mandamus for directing the State Bank of India, Pasuda Branch, DistrictMayurbhanj for settling the classified NPA Account under the One Time Settlement/Rephasement Scheme.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the writ petition in view of the account having been settled and closed. A Memo dated 10.10.2022 to that effect has been filed in Court. The same be kept on record.
