This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to direct opposite parties to give all arrear and family pension benefit. 3.
Counter affidavit has been filed by Opposite Party No.2, wherein at Paragraph-3, it has been stated as follows:- 3.
That, in reply to PARA-6.4 the averments made by the applicant in this Para are not acceptable as she has been sanctioned with Family Pension & the same has been drawn & paid to her by the SBI, Chatrapur.
The applicant never made any representation to the Respondent No.-
2. However the enclosed representation shows for proper fixation of family pension for the year 1981, 1985, 1989 & 2006 is the lock out of the concerned Treasury from which the applicant drawn her family pension.
Further, it is submitted that, in pursuance of the notifications of the Govt. the family pension has been revised from time to time and paid to the applicant by the concerned Treasury. In this regard the copy of L. No.-1156 dated 19.03.2017 of the District Treasury Officer, Ganjam Chatrapur addressed to Under Secretary to Govt. in F.S. & C.W. Deptt., Odisha Bhubaneswar is annexed herewith as Annexure- "B".

In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the above contention made in the Counter Affidavit. Arun (DR. B.R. SARANGI) JUDGE
