Heard Mr. M. Pati, learned counsel for the Petitioner. 3.

In course of hearing when learned counsel for the petitioner was confronted by this Court regarding filing of another petition on self-same issue, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner does not want to press this application and he may be permitted to withdraw the same. 4.

In view of such submission, the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition subject to the condition that the Petitioner shall deposit a cost of Rs.1500/- (rupees fifteen hundred only) before the Orissa High Court Bar Association Welfare Fund in course of the day.
