The Original Application appears to have been filed in the year 2014 and this mater, however, has not been entertained as of now. In the meantime, 8 years have passed and the petitioner appears to have been already attended the age of superannuation and there is no counter also filed. The Original Application is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the opposite party no.2 to treat the Original Application as a representation at the instance of the petitioner and take decision, as appropriate, also keeping in view that the petitioner has been superannuated in the meantime.
