1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard Mr. B.Nayak , learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A.Pradhan, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner is in custody since 13th April, 2021 in connection with Dharmasala P.S. Case No. 182/2021 corresponding to C.T.(Sess) Case No. 69 of 2021 pending in the court of learned District & Sessions Judge, Jajpur for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 341/294/323/325/354/307/302/34 of the IPC.

4. Considering the submissions made, materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and the statement of one

// 2 // Kuna Patra recorded under Section 161, Cr.P.C. and also the fact that accused Tuku @ Sangram Rana and Kuna @ Jogendra Rana have already been granted bail by this Court in BLAPL Nos. 9803 and 9812 of 2021 respectively , I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

5. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case failing which appropriate adverse orders may be passed as may be deemed fit and proper.

6. The BLAPL is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
