01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs:

" In view of the facts mentioned in Para-6 above, the applicant prays for the following relief(s):- (i) The Original Application be allowed;

(ii) The Order dtd.1.7.15 under Annexure-7 so far relates to Sundargarh district be quashed;

(iii) The Respondents be directed to regularize the services of the Applicants as Pharmacist as per the Resolution dtd.13.05.2013 under Annexure-3;

(iv) The Respondents be further directed to regularize the services of the Applicants w.e.f. 10.06.2015; (v) Such other order/directions be passed granting complete relief in favour of the applicants."

4. Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioners are directed to

// 2 // make individual representations before the Opp. Party No.2 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of their claim, if any, within a period of three (3) weeks hence.

5. It is observed that since the Petitioners are continuing from the year on contractual basis their claim for absorption/regularization be considered in the light of the G.A. Department resolution issued on 17.09.2013 as well as resolution issued by the Health & Family Welfare Department on 13.05.2013 under Annexure-3 to the writ Petition. It is also observed that while considering the claim, the decision of this Court rendered in the case of Patitapaban Duttadas (W.P.(C) No.19951 of 2020 disposed of on 09.09.2021) be also taken into consideration. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of the representation. Till such a decision is taken, the interim order passed on 16.07.2015 shall continue. 6.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
