Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) The Hon'ble Tribunal may be pleased to direct the Respondent No.2 and 3 to regularize the service of the Applicant since the date of her batch-mates / contract teachers were regularized i.e. 22.12.1992 and with all consequential service and financial benefit as due and admissible in favour of the Applicant within a stipulated period".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 12.04.2014 and 22.12.2015 under Annexure-11Series to the Writ Petition before the opposite party No.2 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a

// 2 // direction be issued to opposite party no.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
