This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.698 (C) of 2014 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Orissa, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No. 698 of 2014.

The Petitioner appointed as Lecturer in Political Science at Mangala Mahavidyalaya, Kakatpur, Puri, prays for a direction to the Opposite Parties to release the arrear grantin-aid for the period from 30.12.1992 to 19.07.1999 in terms of the Aided Educational Institution (Appointment of Lecturer Validation) Act, 1998 and grant-in-aid order 1994. 4.

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. 5.

Mr. Anupam Rath, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that by efflux of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the Petitioner to revive this petition
