1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner raised in the writ petition regarding the entitlement of the petitioner as per Rule-14 of the O.R.S.P. Rules, 2008 for A.C.P. on completion of 15 years of service w.e.f. 01.12.2009 without promotional avenue. Hence, the present case filed.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the grievance of the petitioner has already been addressed by the authority, the writ petition is infructuous.
4. In view of the above, the WPC (OAC) is disposed of as infructuous.
