Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to set aside the order dated 20.03.2014 under Annexure-9 and further to issue direction to the opposite parties to pay his arrear entitlement as calculated in the abstract prepared under Annexure-8 within a stipulated time. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the case of the petitioner is covered by the order of Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in the case of Dibakar Nayak v. State of Orissa and others, (OA No. 4339(c) of 2014 and batch disposed of on 05.04.2016). Therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of in the light of the aforesaid order.

In view of the above submission, as agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the order dated 05.04.2016 passed by this Court in the case of Dibakar Nayak (supra).

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
