Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instruction in the matter.

On perusal of the record it discloses that the petitioner was granted interim bail for a period of three weeks from the date of his actual release by an order passed on 17.5.2022 in I.A. no. 582 of 2022. In view of the above, the learned trial Court is requested to proceed against the petitioner and the surety, in case the petitioner has not surrendered in the meantime, in accordance with law. 4.

The present bail application stands dismissed for want of instruction.
