2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"(i) Direct the respondents NO.1 & 2 to forthwith accept the joining report of the applicant and allow her joining as adhoc Junior Lecturer in Odia, either at Binayak Acharya Junior College, Berhampur or in any other Junior Colleges in the District of Bhadrak, Balasore & Keonjhar based on the appointment order dated 31.12.2014 under Annexure-3 with all consequential service and monetary benefits w.e.f the date of her joining vide Annexure-4." 4.

Considering the nature of prayer made in the Writ Petition, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before Opp. party No.1 within a period of three weeks days from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.1 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such

// 2 // representation. The order so passed by Opp. Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioner also.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
