CORAM:

ORDER
29.11.2022 Order No.
01.
1.
It is pointed out by the Stamp Reporter that the nomenclature of the case should be W.P.(C) instead of CRLMC. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no need for conversion of the nomenclature as the prayer so made in the petition can be a subject matter of a proceeding under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
3.
However, the Court is not inclined to accept the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner, who at this juncture submits that if the Court is not inclined to entertain the matter, liberty may be granted to change the nomenclature of the case from CRLMC to W.P.(C).
4.
At the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the nomenclature be converted to W.P.(C) from CRLMC. 5.
Put up this matter before the roster Bench.
(R.K. Pattanaik) Judge U.K.Sahoo
