The Original Application No.2696(C) of 2014 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC(OAC) No.2696 of 2014. 2.

The Petitioner, appointed as Sikshya Karmi of Primary School vide order dated 3rd February, 1992 was posted in N. Lasminarayanpur Primary School, Digapahandi. His service was stated to have been regularized as Primary School Teacher on 1st December, 1994. He was selected to undergo Certificate Training course, which he completed in the year 2005. It is claimed that in view of the Odisha Revised Scale of Pay Rules, 2008, as there is no promotional avenue, the Petitioner is entitled for time bound advance on completion of 15 years of service. 3.

At the time of hearing today, counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the relief claimed for in the writ petition has been

// 2 // granted to the Petitioner. Hence, he does not want to press the matter.

In view of such submission, the writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
