The present contempt petition has been filed alleging that the order dated 26th February, 2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.23094 of 2019 directing the completion of the Departmental Proceeding Nos.1 of 2015 and 12 of 2017 within a period of six months, has not been complied with. 3.

At the time of hearing, Mr. Dash, counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the contempt petition. In support of his contention, he files a memo in Court today, which is taken on record.
