The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the gradation list of Anganwadi Workers under Annexure-4 and to direct the Opposite Parties to include the name of the Petitioner in the gradation list of Anganwadi Workers taking into her qualification and publish a revised gradation list.

Mr. P.K. Muduli, learned Additional Government Advocate contended that he has received instruction to the effect that the name of the Petitioner has already been included in the gradation list. The information received by him is quoted as hereunder:- "As per Govt. W&CD Department GO No. 11454 dated 22.07.2016, this office has prepared an eligible list who have completed ten years of service and passed matriculation examination for promotion to the post of Supervisor in various ICDS Project from the Anganwadi Worker. The said selection list is not a Gradation list and also has not been acted upon.

However, a provisional Gradation list is prepared for all the Anganwadi Worker and the name of Runuma Pradhan is found place at serial 921 vide this office Order No. 557 dated 20.03.2017." 4.

In view of the instruction provided by the Collector, Kandhamal, the relief sought by the Petitioner having been granted, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
