Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- (i) The respondents may kindly be directed to regularize the service of the applicant under regular establishment in view of the resolution dated 15.5.1997 under Annexure-6.
(ii) And / or to grant them all the benefits of regular employees of the State Government within a specified period.
(iii) And/or may kindly also grant any other relief and / or relief's which your Lordship deem fit and proper for the benefit of the applicants".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Opp. Party No.1 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opp. Party No.1 shall do well to take a lawful decision within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.1 be communicated to the petitioner. 6.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
