The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- The Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to quash the Annexufe-8 series with respect to the applicant The Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to allow the promotional grade pay of Rs.4600/- with scale of pay in Pay Band-2, 930034800/- w.e.f 1.1.2013 keeping in view Finance Department Resolution dated 6.2.2013 and 17.1.2015.

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.1 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-10 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, within a

// 2 // period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.
