Even though the present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of suspension dated 12.11.2007 under Annexure-1, but it is submitted that during pendency of the matter, the Petitioner has been reinstated. It is further submitted that the break period of service has not yet been regularized. Petitioner is at liberty to move an appropriate application in that regard.
