CORAM:
DR. JUSTICE S.K. PANIGRAHI Order No.
ORDER
31.03.2023 I.A. No. 445 of 2022.
1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. This is an application for extension of time.
3. It is submitted that while disposing of the CRLMP, the petitioner was directed to approach the jurisdictional Court under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. duly supported by an affidavit within a period of two weeks. But, due to suffering from severe dysfunctional uterine bleeding and also for continuance of strike called by the Sambalpur Bar Association, the period of two weeks was lapsed for which she could not take any steps as per direction of the Court. Hence, the petitioner has prayed for extension of time.

4. Considering the averments made in the I.A., the prayer for extension of time is allowed. Accordingly, further two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional court under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. duly supported by an affidavit.
5. The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
