1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The petitioner challenged the order dated 17.07.2014 in Annexure-5, in which Collector-cum-Chairman has been directed to disengage the petitioner engaged as Fulltime Accountant of Kasturaba Gandhi Ballika Vidyalaya, Lahunipada, Dist.
Sundargarh. It is submitted that without any scheme formulated, he was going to be disengaged w.e.f. 01.08.2014. According to the petitioner, the letter in Annexure-5 dated 17.07.2014 may be quashed.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance raised in the petition has already been addressed by the authority and the cause of action does not survive.
4. In view of the above, the WPC (OAC) is disposed of as infructuous.
