Heard Mr. P. Chuli, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The petitioner claims for UGC scale of pay.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is covered by the judgment of this Court in State of Orissa v. Mamata Mohanty, 112 (2011) CLT, 46.

In view of the aforesaid submission, opposite parties no.1 and 2 are directed to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the judgment of this Court in Mamata Mohanty (supra) within a period of four months from the date of communication/production of certified copy of this order. 6.

Requisites for communication of the order to the opposite parties 1 and 2 shall be filed within three days.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
