This is an application for modification of the order dated 16.02.2022 passed in C.M.P.No.618 of 2021.

Considering that there is inadvertent typographical error, the words reflected in 5th line of page-2 of the order dated 16.02.2022 be corrected and read hereafter as "Mishra, Assistant Engineer, Support Service Division, Secha Sadan" instead of " Dash, Assistant Engineer, R & B Division, Swachha Sadan".
