1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.
2. This is an application for bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners in apprehension of arrest for their alleged involvement in the offences U/s. 341/294/323/307/506/34, I.P.C.
3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that there is counter F.I.R. lodged by the mother of the present Petitioners, bearing No.547 of 2022, allegedly causing hurt to the head of the Petitioners. He further submits that the Injury Report discloses simple lacerated injuries.
4. Keeping in view the submission of the parties and having gone through the nature of allegations as emerged from the materials on record, and further the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners
// 2 // surrender and move for bail before the learned S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal in G.R. Case No.1429 of 2022 corresponding to Dhenkanal Sadar P.S. Case No.549 of 2022 within a period of three weeks from today, they shall be allowed to go on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court, but subject to the further conditions that the Petitioners shall appear before the I.O. once in a week till submission of charge-sheet and shall also appear before the trial court on each date of trial, without fail, till conclusion of the trial.
5. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
